SPECIALIST PROJECT SUPPORT

Specialist EOD support

Explosive ordnance disposal support for defined commercial and specialist projects. Establish the technical requirement, delivery arrangements and task boundaries before work is accepted.

Specialist work starts with a properly defined scope.

EOD requirements vary substantially between construction support, clearance projects and operations overseas. The work must be matched to the competence, equipment, permissions and supervision needed for the particular task. Personnel and delivery arrangements are matched to the specific role and operating environment.

Our service scope includes discussion of EOD subcontracting, technical support and clearance solutions. Any direct disposal, minefield clearance, battle area clearance or IEDD requirement is subject to a separate delivery assessment and written agreement. For urgent incidents, use the emergency services rather than a commercial project enquiry.

What the scope can include

  • A defined technical requirement and statement of task boundaries
  • Review of personnel, equipment and supervision requirements
  • Agreed client and specialist contractor interfaces
  • Reporting and handover requirements for the contracted work

What we need from you

  • Project location and operating environment
  • The requested support and existing hazard information
  • Client standards and authorisation requirements
  • Programme, logistics and reporting expectations
Can I use this website to report a suspected explosive item?

No. This website is not an emergency reporting channel. For an immediate threat or suspected explosive item in the UK, use the emergency services. Do not use a commercial enquiry process for an urgent incident.
